Battle Of The Eye Brushes

July 14, 2015

It's only recently I have been getting really into make-up and even more into eyes. I always found it hard to get my eye shadow right as I really haven't had much experience doing them. In saying that there is always something out there to make the job easier and that for me has been brushes. I have seen people on YouTube creating amazing looks with just their fingers and I have to put my hands and say those girls got skill. I myself am not so skilled so have to rely on brushes to create anything, I have been trying out a few different brushes and have found a set of winners. If you have been reading my blog for a while or watching my videos then you might have noticed that I'm all about the budget beauty and these brushes are right on that track. As you can see I have been using Real Techniques eye starter kit for a while and when I first got them I thought they really were the bee's knees, but after purchasing these brushes from China I really don't understand why I spent so much money on them in the first place. This set of gold and black brushes come in a set of ten coming with five eye brushes and five face brushes and coming in at under €10 I really don't see where you can go wrong. I have found them to make my life so much easier and have completely replaced my Real Technique brushes which came in at a little under €30 for only four, I'll let you guys do the math. I don't really use my Real Technique brushes after trying these bad boys and I can't see myself going back any time soon to the either. Comment below what products you have found to make creating eye looks simple as I'm always on the hunt for the next best thing.

  1. I couldn't agree more with this post! Don't get me wrong it is great to get expensive brushes but I find my "cheaper" ones create just as good looks! I think it's more about the eyeshadow, eye primer and techniques that you use!

  2. yeah your so right, if you no what your doing the brush shouldn't matter x
