First Step to a Healthy Life

So I don't know about you guys but I know from myself that I'm not as healthy as I would like to make out. I have decided to change that though by taking the first step by giving up fizzy drinks and sugar in my tea. I know you might be thinking that's not much to give up but I'm taking this slow and giving up something week by week. I have completely replaced my normal tea with green tea as it is just such a healthier option and I also love it, so its just a win win!  I thought I would start this off as a little series and let you follow me on my journey on trying to improve my fitness and maybe lose a few pounds here and there! If you would like me to do a post on the benefits of green tea then just comment below and I'll have that up soon.
