Vegan Chocolate Pudding





This is a first for me but lately I have been getting into baking and cooking healthier choices, Ive been slowing trying to change my eating habits and so far so good. Now and again I come across some weird recipes that end so badly but more often I come across some amazing new recipes. My latest discover came about last week while I was on twitter I came across Irish Vlogger Melanie Murphy tweet about this chocolate pudding she had made. I had a look and said feck it I'll try it whats the worst that can happen? I tried it out that day and left it over night and had it for lunch the next day. I was amazed on how much I loved it, it filled me up very quickly, it also hit my sweet tooth which is always a bonus. This recipe is quick and easy and will have you sorted if you have a busy day and want to be organised. If you try it out comment below what you thought I would love to know what you think!


- WHAT YOU NEED -                                                             

ONE BANANA 
100ML RICE MILK
2 TABLESPOONS OF CHIA SEEDS
1 TABLESPOON OF COCO POWDER
A PINCH OF CINNAMON


- WHAT TO DO - 

Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, pour into a bowl and leave over night in the fridge. Top off with nuts and seeds (optional)
