A Day In My Food Life






So this is a little bit of a different post for me but I thought I would share with you the food I ate the other day as lately I have been loving food and messing with ingerdeints a lot recently so I would expect a lot of posts like this and maybe a lot of homemade recipes worked out by myself.
I ate all this food on Thurseday and it was a bit of all over the place kinda day as I still am recovering from being sick last week my appite is still very low thats why there isn't a whole lot of food to look at but I had to eat something to keep myself going.

- BREAKFAST -

Oats with almond milk, chia seeds and honey with a cup of green tea.

- LUNCH- 

Brown spelt bread with boiled eggs and salt with a cup of green tea and a glass of water.

- SNACKS -

Crackers and houmous 

- DINNER -

Whole wheat noodles with mixed veg, chicken and soy sauce.
